General Shipping Information:

Figuratively we can ship round the world, yes. Practically but, not really. Reason being, our Casjubert is a "Raw and Clean" food product, which makes it extremely healthy while, at the same time, also easy perishable. That, however, doesn't mean you can't have a Casjubert overseas. All we need to do is sit down together and talk.

In Australia, the cradle of the Casjubert, we ship nationwide. Though, to make it economical and feasible for both parties, a minimum order (for wholesalers) is applicable. If you're interested in selling the Casjubert in your shop, restaurant, cafe, etc., you can send us your notice of interest here. Currently the Casjubert ships to QLD, NSW, VIC. In case you're not sure either way, don't panic, get in touch. We are always eager to find solution and together, we will.


Group Shipping:

I don't know about you but I find it always frustrating, wanting to buy one thing and then having to pay high shipping rates, sometimes more than the product itself. That sucks. (I wish I'd run a shipping company). To get around that, Casjubert had an idea (sometimes that happens, too); Group-Shipping. The way it works is very simple and straight forward. We ship a bulk order to one destination (E.g., your home) and you get your friends, neighbors, colleagues, etc. pick it up from your place. This is not only a great way to save you money but we contribute towards lessen logistics and thus better sustainability of our wonderful planet earth.  Oh, not to forget, you can make some money this way, too.

Wrapping, packaging:
All our products are wrapped into foil bubble-wrap containing additional adequate ice-packing for which we charge a on-off AUD5.00 for every 5 KG of shipping wight.


Return and Refunds:
Due to the nature of the product being fresh and raw, we can't accept returns. That, said, we are always here to assist and to finding an agreeable solution. In the event that the product arrives faulty, through whatever reasons and/or whosever fault, we kindly ask you send us an email with the following information:

  1. Adding photos from the product from different angles, also from it's backside,
  2. Clearly describe the fault.
  3. State date and time of arrival of the products
  4. Add any additional information which you think we shall need
